As of 2024-04, there is now just 1 single result page . You have to click on “More results” button at the bottom of the page to get more results.

If you browsed one page, you loaded another page.
Advantage: If you browsed more than 1 page, you were able to “remember” where you were in the browsing, i.e. you stopped on page 2, and then you could restart on page 2 next day
Search for images by “photo upload” & “photo URL reference” is just available with desktop browsers ( Firefox, Chrome,.. ), not by smartphone browesers ( Firefox, Chrome,.. ).
