        • 2024-12-16: “11:45 - 14:00 versuche ich vergeblich, bei den Sponsoren einen Pizzagutschein zu bekommen. Ich sehe dort (2) Meeting oder (2) kein Meeting (3) Meeting und 1 oder 2 Visitors. Ich bin immer im Warteraum gefangen, das ist Schuld des ZOHO Systems. Bei Airmeet kam man direkt in den Videochat, wurde gesehen + konnte Kontakt aufnehmen ). Ich bin frustriert”.
        • 2025-01-21: Ich schaffte es, bei den Sponsoren einen Pizzagutschein zu bekommen. Ich sehe an den Sponsoren-Ständen als grünen Status “Aktiv” oder keine Statusangabe. Ich bin immer im Warteraum gefangen, das ist Schuld des ZOHO Systems. Bei Airmeet kam man direkt in den Videochat, wurde gesehen + konnte Kontakt aufnehmen ).
      • Feedback “Die neue Veranstaltungs-Plattform. Es war 2024-12-16 unmöglich, mit den Sponsoren einen Videochat zu machen, um einen Lieferando-Gutschein zu bitten. 2025-01-21 hat es morgens früh vor 10 Uhr relativ schnell geklappt.
        • Airmeet vs. Zoho.
          1. Bei “Airmeet” kommt man sofort in den Videochat-Raum des Ausstellers, der Sponsor bemerkt mich. Es gibt also einen 1:N Videochat, es können mehrere Besucher gleichzeitig im Videochat sein.
          2. Bei “Zoho” ist man in einem Wartemodus des Ausstellers gefangen, bis man zum Videochat eingeladen wird. Es kann also immer nur EIN 1:1 Video-Chat geführt werden. Man darf “anklopfen”, aber das kann einfach ignoriert werden, wenn der Sponsor-Mitarbeiter beschäftigt ist im Videochat mit einem Besucher. Und danach wohlmöglich den Videochat verlässt, obwohl jemand noch wartet. Man sieht im Wartemodus auch nicht, ob ein Sponsor-Mitarbeiter überhaupt noch im Videochat ist, d.h. man sieht den grünen Status “Active” nicht.
        • 2024-12-16: Trotz regelmäßigem Wechsel des Sponsors über 2h kam es nicht zum Videochat. Ich konnte auch nicht erkennen, bei welchem Aussteller ein menschlicher Ansprechpartner anwesend ist. Dies halte ich nicht nur für die Gutschein-Verteilung, sondern auch für Geschäftsgespräche für einen groben Fehler von Zoho. Denn im Wartemodus kann man nicht an den Sessions teilnehmen, meine ich .
        • 2025-01-21: Ich hatte mir 2 Tickets besucht, damit ich mit einem Ticket mein Lieferando-Gutschein bestellen konnte, und eins um die Konferenz zu besuchen. Selbstverständlich habe ich nicht 2 Lieferando-Gutscheine erbeten. Es hat morgens früh vor 10 Uhr erstaunlicherweise relativ schnell geklappt, in einen Videochat-Raum eines Ausstellers eingeladen zu werden .
        • Aber dieses Wartschlangen-System, das künstliche Zurückhalten von Besuchern vom Videochat, halte ich auch für lockere informative Gespräche auf Online-Konferenzen für falsch. Es kommt mir vor wie wenn Mitarbeiter eines kleinen Unternehmens zu einem großen Unternehmen zur Geschäftsverhandlung eingeladen werden, in einem Warteraum geleitet werden, und dann passiert mehrere Stunden bis zum Büroschluss nichts. Schließlich kommt ein Mitarbeiter des großen Unternehmens gegen Büroschluss und sagt “Der Geschäftsführer hatte keine Zeit, machen Sie einen neuen Termin, wo sie wieder mehrere Stunden warten werden”.
